Midgets and Juniors To join FHM you register online using the FHM online registration database. Simply click here and follow the instructions. Your registration will be automatically sent to the club. If we have any questions we will contact you. To pay your club registration fee you can use internet banking or send a cheque by mail. You can then register by clicking here 2010 Registration Fees are: Grades 5 to 9             $135 Grades 10 to 17         $175 (inc U17yr playing in a senior team) Senior Youth                $205 (18-21 yrs inc as@1st April) Senior Grades           $275  (aged 22yrs plus)  2010 will still bring  a number of challenges to all sports clubs, especially when it comes to financial support.  In addition to this general situation, Football's governing bodies have increased their affiliation fees again.  Should you have any specific questions about our fee structure, or believe you may be eligible for financial assistance, please approach one of our executive committee members in the first instance The professional coaching fee for Grades 9 to 17 will be advised at trials in February 2010. This is payable by those players who are selected for squads that the club appoint a Professional coach. Internet Payments:- JUNIORS Kiwi Bank 38-9010-0334232-01. If you "absolutely can't" register online or for some other reason would like to have a hard copy of our 2010 Registration Form please contact Andrea on 410-7147. Please note Your registration will not be processed until payment is received. Payment can be made by Internet Banking transfer - details for this will appear once you have submitted your online registration OR Cheques made out to FHM UNITED AFC  can be posted to P.O  BOX 100-115 North Shore Mail Center, Attn:Andrea.  When paying please include the relevant registration confirmation number/ surname / grade, as this assists us with our administration. Your children MUST play in the correct grade for their age. The age they turn this calendar year (1 Jan 2010 to 31 Dec 2010) is the grade they play, e.g. turn 7 in Jan play 7th grade, and turn 11 in Dec play 11th grade. For grade 9 and above the Club's Director of Coaching and US1 must approve in writing any variation to this rule. It is acknowledged by the member that any details or information supplied by the member to the Club as part of the Club's registration process, or otherwise, can be used by the club in such a manner as the club deems fit so long as the use of those details or information is consistent with and used for the objectives of the club, New Zealand Soccer Inc. or United Soccer 1. It is also acknowledged that the member will abide by the Club Code of Conduct together with any New Zealand Soccer Inc. or United Soccer 1 rule or regulation. Providing FHM with your email address during registration is your consent to receiving email communications from the club.
